Here's what makes our program unique:

Mindful & Engaging Activities: We go beyond basic poses with exciting games, animal-inspired movements, and storytelling woven into each session. Your child will stay active, learn new skills, and discover the joy of yoga in a playful environment.

Meditation Made Fun: Through age-appropriate guided meditations, we introduce children to various meditation styles that cultivate inner peace, focus, and self-awareness. These include:

Artistic Meditation: Children express their creativity through mindful drawing or coloring activities that promote calmness and focus.

Japa Meditation: We introduce children to simple mantras, powerful yogic chants with positive affirmations. Repeating these mantras fosters self-confidence, positive thinking, and a sense of inner strength.

Movement Meditation: Children explore the connection between movement and breath through gentle,mindful movements that help release tension, improve concentration, and cultivate a sense of calm.

Building Concentration & Focus: Yoga postures (asanas) challenge your child's balance and coordination, while breathing exercises (pranayama) enhance their ability to focus and concentrate. These skills benefit them in both academic and social settings.

Stronger Relationships & Social Skills: Our program fosters a sense of community and encourages teamwork through partner poses and collaborative activities. Children learn to value friendships, build trust, and communicate effectively.

Balancing Growth: As children enter their pre-teen years, hormonal changes can be confusing. Yoga practices can help them manage stress, build resilience, and promote emotional well-being during this transformative time.

Mantra & Yogic Philosophy: Each session incorporates a child-friendly introduction to mantras and yogic philosophy. We use simple explanations and age-appropriate stories to introduce concepts like self-respect,kindness, and living in harmony with nature. These lessons help children develop a strong foundation for ethical living.

Frequency: 3 sessions per week (12 sessions total)
